BRAND NEW NEVER BEEN WORN BERTA OVER SKIRT.

I was supposed to get married last month, but because of covid we decided to cancel our big wedding and do something small instead, so I never wore my dress or this skirt. This overskirt has just arrived brand new from Israel and is still hanging up at the bridal salon in Glendale, CA. It is a size 38, but has a flexible fit. It just depends how much fabric you want showing in the front of the dress. I am usually a size 4.
It is the classic signature blush Berta coloring with subtle shimmer. Great addition to a fitted dress for a "second look".
