Price Rollback Berta Custom

This is a one of a kind Berta dress from the Berta NYC showroom. At the NYC showroom they have "off the rack" dresses that either were used in model photoshoots or dresses that never went into full production - this dress is the latter. The pictures don't do it justice it is stunning. The dress is a size 38. It is made of nude and ivory lace covered by stunning beaded leaf/floral style detail with moderate sparkle. (Color family is more like white/ivory/nude.) The dress is sheer and I wore a nude spanx skirt to cover my waist to thigh area. I wore this gown for about an hour and a half at my indoor reception (I had three dresses for the day!) I am 5'5 and wore 5 inch heels - so the dress should work for anyone 5'10 or shorter. It is in great pre-owned condition - no stains or tears. It has not been dry cleaned because 1) it doesn't need it and 2) dry cleaning would probably do more harm than good with the lace and beading. I am a 32D, 25 inch waist and 35 inch hips. The dress does not have much give/stretch to it - so you would need to be my size or smaller to make it work. Alterations made - added nude cups to chest area for coverage, added a french bustle tie and hemmed to accommodate 5'5 + 5 inch heels. I purchased several dresses during my NYC appointment (long story) and this was by far my favorite. There is something really special about having a Berta gown that you'll never see on anyone else. I fell in love with Berta gowns with a price tag that makes it affordable. Price is firm.
